Incident Report for Orum
Resolved
Based on reports received from customers, our engineering team has been able to identify an element of the code that needed to be restructured in regard to the dial in via browser function. There was a bottleneck being caused and our team's initial deployment that took place at 9:17p (PT) on Tuesday night seemed to have a substantial effect in stabilizing the system.

With that said, we did see that scattered users were still reporting challenges, so our team continued to dig in further. At 1:53a (PT) today (Thursday), the team released several more deployments which should continue to help recent challenges stabilize.

Due to the nature of these deployments, Orum users may have to complete the following steps to see Orum function in the manner intended:
*Please begin these steps from Orum’s Dialer tab, using Google Chrome*
In the address bar click the lock icon next to Orum’s web address
A new pop up menu will appear, click site settings which will open another Chrome tab.
From this secondary tab, Click "Clear Data", then click “Clear” on the pop-up.
Close the secondary settings tab.
Back in Orum, reload the entire page which should log you out
Log back in and we expect the system to have stabilized
