Identified

We experienced intermittent dialing failures caused by a database performance issue that intensified under high call volume. We have identified the root cause and deployed a series of fixes. Metrics are significantly improved as of today, and we are continuing to monitor and optimize. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the disruption.
