Call From Number Selection Populating Numbers That End With User's Entry

Hello,

Our engineering team has deployed a patch to route around a bug that was discovered in the Vonage/Nexmo API. The call from number selection feature should now operate as intended.

At 8:39a PT, our engineering team identified a new bug in the Vonage/Nexmo API that we use to operate our telephony and provision of Orum call from numbers. Our team was able to deploy a patch to route around the bug at 9:09a PT and we do not anticipate any further service interruptions.

After logging out and back into Orum, if you are experiencing any persisting symptoms, please navigate to support.orum.com and 'submit a support request' using the link in the top right corner. A member of our support team will respond quickly and assist with any further steps that are needed.
